What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Guelph, Ontario, and surrounding areas with our professional cleaning services for residential spaces. This includes Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Pushlinch, Aberfoyle, Fergus and Elora. If you have a specific location request please do not hesitate to ask!

How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning service with Brighter Days Cleaning Co.?

At Brighter Days Cleaning Co., we recommend booking your cleaning service at least a week in advance to secure your spot. However, scheduling depends on our availability, and we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

How can I obtain a free quote?

You can get a free quote by filling out our "Pre-Quote" form available on our website and social media pages. 

How long does a service take?

On average, basic upkeep cleans take 2-3 hours. Since we charge hourly, you may request a time "cap", where we will work in order of priority as requested and complete as much as possible within the time restraint. 

What is your pricing?

Our prices vary based on the services needed, the size of the space and the condition the space is in. For an average basic upkeep clean, for an average home in average condition, Brighter Days Cleaning works at an hourly flat rate of $100. 

Do I have to tip?

Never expected, always appreciated. 

What payment methods are available?

You may pay for your services via E-Transfer or cash. 

Upon the completion of your service you will receive an emailed invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will detail your total and the appropriate email address to send your funds. We offer our clients a 7 day grace period to pay for their service. 

When are appointments available?

Brighter Days Cleaning is available for services:

Monday - Thursday

8am-12pm 

Fridays 

8am - 8pm 

Weekend appointments available upon request. 

Do I need to be home for my service?

Totally up to you! We provide services when clients are home and when clients are away. If you are going to be out of the home, please provide us with the necessary instructions to enter the property. 

What kind of products are used?

Brighter Days Cleaning Co. comes prepared with our own cleaning products. We use safe and effective commercial cleaning products that can be found at your local supermarket. 

*If you would prefer specifc products be used, that we do not already own we are happy to accomodate you under the conditon that you supply the cleaning products. Home-made products will not be considered.*

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel your service. Clients who do not provide notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
