Residential Cleaning 

Includes a comprehensive clean of your home. Including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common spaces. 

Our residential cleans are divided into three categories: Basic Upkeep, Deep Cleans, and Pre-List Cleans. 

What's Included? 

Basic Upkeep: Toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, countertops, floors, stovetops, surfaces, stairs, general tidy, obvious dust, dirt, and grime. 

You may request to be a regular Basic Upkeep client with us with prioritized regular appointments available on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly basis. 

Deep Clean: Specifics available upon request, generally includes items listed in basic upkeep as well as baseboards, cupboard fronts, windowsills, upholstery, blinds, walls, ceiling fans, vents, and much more! 

Pre-List Cleans: We will follow specific instructions to clean specific items and spaces as per your request. Any additional fees will be included in your price for specific cleaning equipment (i.e. Deep Carpet cleaning rental) 

 

Student Housing Cleaning 

Includes a comprehensive clean for students. Services offered at a reduced price, includes washrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common spaces.
